I am very excited to see Herb & Dorothy, opening this Friday 6/5 in New York. I am looking forward to getting a close up view of an art collecting couple I have been admiring from afar for years. Check out the trailer on the link, and you, too, will be excited to see this film.

Matt, I loved this movie. I love this couple. The movie really makes you appreciate the true passion/commitment these two have had for collecting art and artists since they began. It has never waned. They are an inspiration. You will definitely leave this movie feeling good.

I was an intern at a museum when the Vogel's collection was on loan for an exhibition. It was my first year of graduate school and I (secretly, without credit) got to write the wall panels explaining the work for the exhibition. It was a fantastic experience! I got to meet the Vogel's at the opening. My parents and I took their advice. Buy what you love and never think about it as an investment!
